Distributor Stock Search Access

Before you can use the TrustedParts.com DSS, you must request access.

To Request DSS Access

Here’s how to request access to the TrustedParts.com DSS:

If you do not have a user account:

1. Register for a new account, and verify your email address.
2. Follow the instructions below for users who already have an account.

If you have a user account:

1. Sign in to your account. This takes you to the My Account page.
2. Select the Additional Features tab.
3. Under Features You May Request, click the TrustedParts.com Inventory API / Distributor Stock Search (DSS) link.
4. Fill out and submit the request form.

An administrator will review your request and contact you regarding approval.

Trial DSS Access

DSS users will receive an email when a trial is approaching expiration or has expired. These emails contain a link to where you can request longer-term access. You can also request an extension from the API Keys tab of your My Account page.

To request a trial extension or to update your account from Trial to Active status:

1. Click the link in your expiration email or navigate to the API Keys tab of your My Account page.
2. Click the Request Extension button for the trial feature.
3. Fill out and submit the form.

An administrator will review your request and contact you regarding a trial extension or permanent approval.
