Global Functionality
TrustedParts.com is designed to allow users worldwide to obtain inventory information for participating authorized distributors. To provide the best user experience, the system displays regional pricing and stock quantities where possible. To that end, distributors should provide a separate file feed for each region they want to participate in and/or provide an API interface that supports regional searches. See File Feeds or API Integrations for more information.
By default, search results are rendered based on the user’s location. However, users can change the selected region, language and/or currency to assist with locating and reviewing inventory. If a user chooses to search a region other than their own, certain information, such as regional pricing, may not be made available to the user.
The charts below outline the current regions, countries within each region, available currencies for each region and supported languages. These options are subject to change as enhancements are made to how the system targets users around the globe.
